Whitestone & Company Auctioneers was registered in 2013 and provides auctioneering, court broking and recovery services across Kenya.
Who we are
Whitestone & Company Auctioneers is a sole proprietorship registered in 2013 under certificate BN/2013/221917. We are licensed auctioneers, court brokers and distress bailiffs, and our services extend to repossession, debt collection, private investigations, secure storage and private sales.
Our head office is at Whitestone House, Chepkorio Road, off Lusaka Road in Industrial Area, Nairobi, opposite CMC Motors. We are part of a group of companies that also includes N.M. Kamwendwa & Co. Advocates, KNM Property Group Limited and CBD Property.

Execution & distress
Under our Class B Auctioneer Licence No. 008892, we execute court orders through warrants of attachment and sale and levy distress for rent in Nairobi, Kajiado and Machakos Counties.
Repossession & auctions
The same licence empowers us to repossess assets, realise securities, and sell movable and immovable property, including land and buildings, by auction or other mode of sale throughout Kenya.

Our financial system has evolved over many years. We keep up-to-date books of account and remit proceeds of auctions as the law requires, together with itemised accounts. Client monies are held in separate Clients Accounts, and we keep our principals fully informed of every development.
